Light holo scratches and scuffs
Polished back so they no longer catch the light.
Surface dents and in-dents
Levelled on the front and back, including corner dents.
Edge dents
Eased back to a flush, clean edge.
Full-art and foil cards
Treated gently; the foil layer is checked under the microscope before any polish.
Honest limit: Deep scratches that have cut through the foil or print can be softened but not erased. We will tell you which kind yours is from the photos.

Can holo scratches be removed?
Light scratches and scuffs usually polish out well. Deep scratches through the foil can be softened but not removed. Send photos for an honest opinion.
Can you fix a dent in a Pokémon card?
Yes. Corner, edge and surface dents are among the most common jobs we do, and most can be brought back level.
How long does scratch and dent removal take?
From 4 days, depending on how many points need work.
Will it affect grading?
We use reversible hand methods and no resurfacing. Grading companies judge the card as it is, so we cannot promise a grade.
